The house is 1100 sq.m. in Millennium Park. Construction and renovation lasted 3 years. At the time of sale, the house was fully ready for new owners to move in.

All cabinet furniture and doors were manufactured at our carpentry plant.

A large pool, a SPA area and a real Russian sauna are a separate source of pride

The 1100 sq.m. house is located in Millennium Park, on a beautiful plot of 36 acres with direct access to the forest.

Construction began in 2018. This is one of the few houses that was built from scratch, rather than from the “box” stage. The construction team consisted of 15 people.

Two years later, at the beginning of 2020, the construction was almost completed and finishing was in full swing: ordering decorative materials, built-in furniture, lighting, etc.

Some forces were thrown into the landscape, as the idea was to have a heated fountain 20 m long behind the house. And he's there after all

From a technical point of view, the most difficult thing was to make sure that there were no intermediate beams in the pool area; they ruin the view. The reinforcement was made with 25mm reinforcement. The result is beauty! And without any structures in the center of the pool.

The house has a SPA area with a hammam, a sauna and a wood-burning sauna. We usually don't make a sauna, but then we felt that the future owner of the house (more on her below) turned out to be a fan of a wood-burning sauna.

The recreation area and barbecue were also thought out very carefully. Otherwise, why even a country house?!

The veranda has a pergola with an automatic pull-out roof and remote control.
